Each item is crafted individually, which means slight variations are part of the charm. Because of this uniqueness, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. 

• Please double‑check your shipping details before placing an order.
• Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

• If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
